STiCK is a playful sticker vending machine rental brought to you by Byrdie Bar. We design, print, and package custom stickers that guests can collect as unique keepsakes at weddings, parties, and brand events and load them into our three slotted push/pull machines. It’s a fun, nostalgic experience that doubles as décor and a conversation starter.

How does the rental work?

First you choose your stickers, we customize any designs you’re looking for, then we print and load the machine. We deliver, set up, and pick up the sticker vending machine for your event. Guests simply use quarters (we provide those on loan!) to vend their stickers throughout the event.

Each machine rental includes:
  • Delivery, setup, and pickup
  • Custom machine insert display design
  • Table décor and signage for the quarter bowl
  • Quarters on loan
  • Up to six sticker designs
  • Cardboard sleeves for each sticker

The exact sticker count is dependent upon which sticker package is chosen. Our packages range from basic, including 100 stickers, to premium including 250+.

We are based out of Berkley, Michigan - 48072.

Do you travel outside of 48072?

The first 20 miles of travel from 48072 are included in our rentals. Anything 21-40 miles away is a $75 travel fee. We currently aren’t traveling beyond 40 miles unless you are also booked with our bar services at Byrdie Bar.

Guests simply walk up, put the designated amount of quarters into the machine, and collect a sticker! We will provide quarters for guests to use in a decorative bowl stationed next to the machine.

How do I book a machine?

Fill out the inquiry on the website so we can get your event details. From there, once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a booking proposal and contract. A 40% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are required to secure your date.

If the machine is available for an extended booking, we are happy to accommodate, however this will require custom pricing as an attendant will have to reload the machine each day.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to allow time for design proofs and production, especially during busy event seasons. We are limited on machines, so if you’re interested, we recommend reaching out to secure your date ASAP!

We accept all major credit cards and digital payments of apple pay or google pay.

Yes! Each rental includes up to six unique sticker designs. You can select from our existing portfolio or request custom designs to match your color palette, theme, or branding.

Absolutely. If you have a specific idea or aesthetic in mind, we’ll bring it to life! Just let us know in your inquiry form.

Yes! We love creating branded or personalized stickers for events and businesses.

Absolutely! We love creating stickers and will discuss pricing upon inquiry.

Do you stay on-site during the event?

Nope! Our setup is self-contained and ready to go. We’ll deliver the machine, ensure everything’s running smoothly, and return after your event to pick it up. However, if you would like an attendant to stay on-site to assist guests and monitor the machine, we offer that option for an additional fee. Just let us know your comfort level when booking and we’re happy to accommodate!

In the unlikely event that one of the slots jams, the other slots will still be functioning. We’re only a call away to come on site to unjam the slot! Contact information will be provided on your rental sheet, and we’ll troubleshoot or assist as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, our sticker vending machines are not weather proof. If you are planning to have us stationed outside, we would require a canopy or tent to be stationed under if it is raining, or to have a secondary rain back-up location if the weather is inclement. Direct sun for a long duration is not great for the machines either and ideally would be placed in a shaded spot.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow for the option to facilitate pick up and delivery on your own. The machine(s) are heavy and require further set up upon arrival at the venue itself.

We do! Quarters are provided on loan for the given amount of stickers within the machine. The same amount of quarters provided at the start of the event must be returned at the end of the event. If quarters are missing post event, you’ll be billed for the remaining amount.

Yes! Custom portraits are one of our most popular options. You can provide reference photos, and we’ll create illustrated versions that feel uniquely you.

Of course. We’ll coordinate your sticker designs and machine setup to match your event vibe - whether that’s sleek and modern, whimsical and retro, or romantic and floral. If you can dream it up, we’ll design it for you.

Yes! STiCK is an awesome fit for product launches, pop-ups, and brand activations. Custom-branded sticker designs can double as marketing giveaways or collectables.
